Two essentials. One calmer routine.
Overview

central safety breathing slit.
OlaAspen Nasal Strips offer a light lift for easier nasal airflow.

Before you start
Clean. Dry. No skincare residue.
Steps
- Place centered across the bridge of the nose.
- Press from the middle outward.
- Set hold for ~10 seconds.
- Remove slowly from the edges. Warm water helps.
Use Together (Night Routine)
- Apply OlaAspen Nasal Strips.
- Apply OlaAspen Mouth Tape.
Keep it gentle. Consistency beats intensity.
Comfort Notes
- A good seal feels secure, not tight.
- If hold is weak: re-clean, re-dry, re-apply.
- Adhesion depends on skin prep and movement.
Safety (Mouth Tape)
For adults who can breathe comfortably through the nose. Do not use if you can’t breathe through your nose, feel nauseous/vomiting, are under alcohol/sedatives, have irritated/broken skin, or have a medical condition (including diagnosed sleep apnea) unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Not a medical device. Results vary.
