30-Day First Order Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee for your first order only. If you’re not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your products, you may request a refund.


Applies to:

• First-time customers only

• One order per customer

• Purchases made through our official website

 


 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:

• Request submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Products must not exceed 50% usage

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

• Return must be initiated by the original purchaser


Note: If adhesion is affected by skin type or application, we may provide application guidance to ensure correct use before approving a return.

 


 

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products with over 50% usage

• Subscription renewal orders already charged or dispatched

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application

• Adhesion issues caused by skin type or improper application (not considered defects)

 


 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photos or videos for assessment


Once confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement at no cost, or

• A full refund (including return shipping where applicable)

 


 

How to Start a Return

Please include:

• Order number

• Items you wish to return

• Reason for return

• Photos (if defective/damaged)


We will reply with step-by-step instructions and next steps.

 


 

Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or incorrect: we cover return shipping

• If the return is due to personal preference: customer covers return shipping

• Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable


We recommend using a trackable shipping method and including your order number.

 


 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

• Banks may require additional processing time

 


 

Subscription & Policy Updates

Subscription renewals that have already been processed are non-refundable. We can, however, cancel future billing immediately upon request.
