THE GUIDE
The Breathing Ritual.
Day & Night Application.
Effective results start with the correct application. Follow these simple steps to ensure a secure, comfortable hold—whether for deep sleep or high-performance training.
The Basics
Two tools, one system. Use Nasal Strips to open your airway (Day/Sport). Use Mouth Tape to support nasal breathing habits (Night/Recovery).
01. Nasal Strips (Sport / Focus)
Purpose: Gently widen the nasal passage for better airflow.
The Routine
- Clean: Wash nose to remove natural oils, skincare, or sunscreen. Dry completely.
- Place: Center the strip across the bridge of your nose (just above the nostril flare).
- Secure: Press gently from the center outward to smooth down the edges.
- Set: Hold light pressure for 10 seconds to ensure the bond sets.
Performance Note: For best results during exercise, apply 30 minutes before you start sweating.
02. Recovery Tape (Sleep)
Purpose: Encourage a closed-lip resting posture.
The Routine
- Prepare: Ensure lips and surrounding skin are dry and free of heavy night creams.
- Apply: Bring lips together gently. Place the tape horizontally over the center.
- Seal: Press lightly to secure. The central vent ensures airflow is always available.
- Remove: In the morning, peel downwards slowly. Warm water can help if needed.
Gentle Removal: Our woven material is designed to be kind to skin. Peel slowly to minimize irritation.
Optimization
- If it lifts: The skin likely had moisture or oil. Re-clean and dry before reapplying.
- If it feels tight: You may have stretched the strip during application. Lay it flat instead of pulling it across.
- Sensitive skin: Splash with warm water before removal to loosen the adhesive gently.
Safety Note
When to skip Mouth Tape: Do not use if you have a blocked nose, risk of vomiting, have consumed alcohol, or have breathing conditions like sleep apnea unless advised by a doctor.
